RETURN-POLICY

 

CHANGE OF MIND

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase, so if you change your mind for any reason we are more than happy to accept all full-priced merchandise purchased at original price for a refund, exchange or store credit if returned in saleable condition and accompanied by the original invoice as outlined in our policy below.

Please note that all SALE purchases are final.

 

POLICY

Requests for a return must be made within 10 days of receiving your parcel, and be accompanied with a RA# return authorization number.

Garments will be quality assessed upon their return and must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and including all original tags and packaging.

Please keep in mind that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for peace of mind we do recommend you use a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery. Desti.Land is not liable for any lost incoming parcels.

Once your return has been received and approved, please allow up to 3 business days to receive confirmation of your store gift voucher details. Please keep in mind that original shipping costs, duties or taxes paid are non-returnable.

 

WRONG SIZE

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at returns@desti.land and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

 

FAULTY

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving your parcel! All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however, in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace or refund the garment at your preference. Please contact us with your faulty item description immediately upon receiving your parcel, and include a photo of the fault so we can resolve this as fast as possible for you!

STORE CREDIT

Our store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and can be redeemed towards any full-price or sale garment across our website.

 

PROCESS

Desti.Land endeavors to process all returns as soon as they are received, however, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Customers will be emailed a confirmation once their return has been processed.

Desti.Land reserves the right to deny an exchange/refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy. Returns of merchandise that are stained with deodorant, makeup, tanning product or any other substance will be denied.

For the avoidance of doubt, goods that have been intentionally damaged due to misuse will be denied.
